Job Brief:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple US clients.
• Review and finalize monthly and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Handle complex reconciliations and adjusting entries.
• Payroll processing and accounting processes.
• Guide and review work of junior accountants.
• Coordinate via emails with US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly US payroll.
• Handle payroll for multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Manage payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, and taxes.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical schematics & control drawings using EPLAN P8.
• Wiring diagrams, SLDs, terminal plans & BOMs.
• Control panel & switchgear layouts.
• Coordination with automation & project teams.
• Compliance with IEC / UL standards.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years experience (minimum 4 years hands-on with Autodesk Inventor).
• Strong in 3D modeling, assemblies, sheet metal and weldments.
• Good knowledge of GD&T and welding standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• 4–8 years (Solar project experience preferred)
• Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of site activities as per approved project schedule.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Daily coordination and follow-up with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review and track project milestones; identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and O&M teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily / weekly / monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
• Support project handover and closure activities.

Responsibilities:

• Daily follow-up of site execution activities and coordination with site engineers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules and work plans.
• Track site material procurement, delivery, and consumption.
• Coordinate with vendors and stores for material availability.
• Maintain project documentation, site records, and progress reports.
• Support Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and reporting.
• Ensure timely communication between site and Head Office teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control all civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure execution of foundations, structures, roads, and allied works as per drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution of civil works.
• Ensure quality control, measurements, and billing verification.
• Monitor material usage and control wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and support coordination with electrical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures at site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.
• Ensure use of PPE and compliance with safety norms by all workers.
• Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; take corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with client and statutory safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems (modules, inverters, transformers, etc.).
• Perform cabling, wiring, and electrical connections as per design specifications.
• Support the senior engineers in site supervision and quality control.
• Conduct electrical measurements and report any faults or discrepancies.
• Ensure safety compliance during installation and maintenance.
• Work with the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) team for troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily work logs and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for smooth execution.

Responsibilities:

• Designing lighting plans: light fixture layouts, lighting calculations, photometric lighting analysis, and lighting controls.
• Works with the design team to select appropriate light fixtures, fitting project budget, performance, and aesthetics.
• Proficient level of AGI32 & Dialux skills
• Working knowledge of Lighting illumination calculations with AGi32 & Dialux software
• AUTOCAD or equivalent application skills (to be able to read, edit, and create layout plans)
• Experience in designing lighting for
  • Commercial Office Buildings
  • Commercial / Retail shopping centers
  • Medium to large warehouses
  • Car Parks (undercover and open)
  • Specific design- Hospitals, Schools, etc.,
  • Public areas and amenities
  • Sports Fields (Open grounds and closed areas)
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
