Job Brief:

• 15+ years proven track record of enterprise level direct sales expertise into USA & Canada.
• Possess an excellent understanding of the US market for IT services and software sales, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Should have experience of revenue generation of 2-4m USD/ per annum
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the inside sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to market penetration.
• Strong understanding of Solution Sales with software development services, technologies, and market dynamics.
• A strategic outbound sales methodologies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, with a particular focus on the dynamic and competitive US market
• Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions required. Solid sales skills in finding prospective customers and helping with their retention.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
• Ability to work successfully with team, partnering with all other organizations within including Sales, Engineering, Development & Marketing
• Should have travelled to US/Canada frequently. (Having prior US or Canada travel experience is a must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET).
• Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems.
• Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly.
• Analyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-making.
• Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis.
• Construct a data warehouse and use SQL queries to get the best results.

Skills Required:

• Be familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX.
• Understanding of the Microsoft BI Stack & mastery in data analytics.
• Background with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
• Prior experience in data-related tasks.
• Knowledge of Power BI application security layer models & ability to run DAX queries on Power BI desktop.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI tools, models, and prompt engineering techniques
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions within existing processes, workflows, and products.

• Conduct research and pilot projects to evaluate the feasibility and impact of AI applications in education and publishing.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in AI prompt engineering, natural language processing, or working with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt design, and prompt optimization techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the education or publishing sector.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
• Exposure to AI integration in business process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
• Collaborate with development and content teams to ensure SEO compliance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance using SEO tools.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Designing lighting plans: light fixture layouts, lighting calculations, photometric lighting analysis, and lighting controls.
• Works with the design team to select appropriate light fixtures, fitting project budget, performance, and aesthetics.
• Proficient level of AGI32 & Dialux skills
• Working knowledge of Lighting illumination calculations with AGi32 & Dialux software
• AUTOCAD or equivalent application skills (to be able to read, edit, and create layout plans)

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Manage GST filings, TDS calculations, and returns.
• Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, project-wise P&L statements.
• Coordinate with site teams, head office, and auditors.
• Ensure statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Skills Required:

• Experience in real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Tally and Excel
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate accounting.
